Orders typically arrive within 5–18 business days depending on your location (US: 5–10 days, UK: 7–12 days, Canada/Australia: 7–14 days, Europe: 8–16 days, rest of world: 10–18 days). Processing takes 1–3 business days before shipment.

Yes. We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied, email us at support@novojdm.com with your order number and reason for return. Damaged or defective items are always covered — send us a photo and we will resolve it immediately.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely.

Orders are processed quickly. Contact us immediately via our Contact page. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Email us at support@novojdm.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will resolve it with a free replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Yes. Every product at NovoJDM is hand-picked for its JDM aesthetic and quality. We test everything before it makes our store — if we wouldn't put it in our own build, it doesn't make the cut.

Most of our interior accessories are universal fit and compatible with the vast majority of vehicles. Product pages include specific fitment notes where relevant. If you are unsure, email us at support@novojdm.com and we will confirm compatibility for your car.

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by your country's customs authority. These fees are outside our control and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your country's import guidelines before ordering. Most of our products are low-value items and are unlikely to attract significant duties, but we cannot guarantee exemption.
