Refund policy

At Novo Car Supplies, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

14-DAY REFUND WINDOW
We accept refund requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition. Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Contact us at support@novojdm.com before sending anything back. Include:

  - Your order number
  - A clear photo of the item
  - A brief reason for your request

We will review and respond within 2–4 business days. Do not ship items back without receiving approval from our team first — unapproved returns will not be processed.

RETURN SHIPPING & RESTOCKING FEE
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Additionally, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount on all approved returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Approved claims will be refunded to your original payment method. Return shipping and restocking fees are waived for defective or damaged items.

ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED
Contact us at support@novojdm.com before taking any other action. We handle these on a case-by-case basis. Where a valid claim is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method minus the 10% restocking fee.

REFUND METHOD
All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after deducting the 10% restocking fee and any return shipping costs. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

NON-ELIGIBLE CLAIMS
The following do not qualify for a refund:
  - Items that have been used or are not in original condition
  - Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  - Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  - Requests submitted after 14 days of delivery
