How To Start a Return
Contact Us
Use our Contact page or email support@novojdm.com with your order number and reason for return.
Get Approved
We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a confirmation.
Receive Refund
Once we receive your item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these conditions:
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- Unused and in its original condition
- In original packaging (or reasonable protective packaging)
- Not damaged by the customer after delivery
A 10% restocking fee applies to eligible returns. This fee is waived for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or defective items are always eligible for a free return or replacement, regardless of timing. Just send us a photo and we will sort it immediately.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us via our Contact page or email support@novojdm.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the issue
We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately. No return shipping required for damaged items.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for your bank to reflect the payment.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 14 days without prior authorization
- Items that show signs of use or damage by the customer
- Items not in original or protective packaging
