Delivery estimates are for standard shipping. Peak periods (holidays, sales events) may add 2–5 extra business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Every order includes full tracking. Once shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you. Use this number with your carrier's website to check your delivery status at any time.
Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after dispatch. This is normal and does not mean there is an issue with your shipment.
Customs & Import Duties
